Giraffe quilt and summer classes

Billie made a beautiful baby quilt....

We think it's perfect...good bye, giraffe quilt...

Don't forget to check on our website for the latest JULY knitting and sewing classes...we have a great beginning quilting class starting on Saturday, July 9th..

NOTE: We will be closed 4th of July weekend (from Friday, 7/1 - Sunday 7/3). We will open again for regular hours on Wednesday, July 6th.

Pat Boyd | The Lifelong Crafter

Pat has been knitting, sewing, and quilting for over 50 years. She has designed and created complex quilts, wall hangings, sweaters, and socks too numerous to count. She is also a spiritual director and a board member of the Bethany House of Prayer in Arlington, MA.

Jennifer Boyd | The Knitter

Jennifer knit her first pair of mittens when she was ten and she now designs and knits fashionable garments and accessories for herself, her friends, and her family. She has a masters degree in maternal and child health from Harvard University and has experience designing curricula for afterschool programs and working with children. After going through intense treatment for breast cancer, Jennifer decided to focus on her passion for knitting and her desire to share it with her community.

Genevieve Day | The Sewer

Genevieve sewed her first wraparound skirt at age eleven and has been sewing ever since. She has worked as an editor for many years until she quit her day job to look after her three children full time. Her current passion includes collecting Japanese and vintage fabrics and making dresses and shifts, small quilts, and wall hangings.
